Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Lia Terni headwear is made-to-order. Orders can take up to 3 weeks depending on available parts and the level of labor intensity for the purchased item/s.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Lia Terni LLC. The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry. If you have questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.
PROCESSING + DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
RETURNS
All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Request for return or exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Please email lia@liaterni.com with your order information and a brief reason for your exchange and we will send you an approval number. We have the right to refuse returns that
are not in original condition. Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.

Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 5 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Lia Terni, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Lia Terni is not responsible for any return packages not received.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Lia Terni hopes you will treasure this piece for many years to come. All pieces are meticulously hand-crafted in Spain, and Miami. We take great care in creating the most luxurious heirloom quality accessories that can be treasured for generations.
To ensure this headpiece will look its very best, we ask that you please handle this jewelry for the hair with utmost care. Please keep dry and shield fully from perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions (as these materials will cloud crystal pieces and stain or damage leathers, silks, and metals).

STYLE CONSULTATION
Lia Terni offers half-hour style consultations for brides and fashion customers who are interested in meeting with the designer and viewing the collection via Skype (user: liaterni or in person - Miami base). Appointments are only accepted between 11am – 7pm, Monday-Friday.
